Fernando J. Guerra, Ph.D.
  Fernando J. Guerra, Ph.D., is the founder of Guerra & Associates, LLC. For more than twenty years, Dr. Guerra has been sought after by the corporate community and governmental entities for his sound strategic counsel, successful governmental affairs approaches and quantitative research skills. Dr. Guerra brings an extensive background in managing complex regulatory issues, public policy matters, and a network of relationships at the local, state and national levels.

Dr. Guerra has served on numerous boards and commissions, including a Mayoral appointee to the Board of Transportation Commission and on the Board of Rent Adjustment Commission for the City of Los Angeles. He served on the Racial Harmony and Ethnic Discourse Committee for Rebuild L.A. Task Force and has also served on advisory committees for community and governmental organizations such as the Air Quality Management District's Ethnic Community Advisory Committee and a similar committee for the Los Angeles County Transportation Commission. He was also selected as a stakeholder for the Latino community in the State's Growth Management Consensus Project. Currently, he is a gubernatorial appointee on the California State Historical Resources Commission.
